Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be returned within 30 days of delivery and remain in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact. Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. These include gift cards, personalized jewelry, and clearance items. Please review the product description carefully before purchasing.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer support team at support@diamondtalesusa.com with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will provide instructions and, if necessary, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Return Shipping

Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the package reaches us safely. Diamond Tales is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, style, or color, please indicate your preference when contacting customer support. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a prepaid return label and send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. Customs or import duties are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before shipping by contacting customer support. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled but may be returned according to this Return Policy.
