REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

Returns
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the items are in their original condition, unworn, unaltered, and with all original packaging and tags. Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged may not be eligible for a return.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. These include gift cards, personalized jewelry, and clearance items. Please check the product description before purchasing.
Requesting a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@diamondtalesusa.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) if applicable.
Shipping for Returns
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely. Diamond Tales is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, style, or color, please indicate your request when contacting customer support. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a prepaid return label and arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
International Returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item. Additional customs or import duties are non-refundable.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they are shipped by contacting customer support. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled but may be returned following our standard return policy.
